Sandra Scamardella, MA, TLLP

I am a strong believer in the power of self-exploration, particularly when one’s internal world becomes misaligned.

Whether you are an individual struggling to realign yourself, or a couple experiencing new challenges within your relationship, my commitment as a therapist is to offer a safe and comfortable space to explore your authenticity and vulnerability. I will encourage new perspectives to individuals and couples through compassion, honesty, forgiveness, and sometimes even lightheartedness. In this space my intention is to work collaboratively and reveal your innate ability to grow. I welcome you to bring whatever you have with you.

In my practice, my intention is to guide individuals and couples through life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression, by employing a combination of therapies which may include any range of person-centered, existential, mindfulness-based cognitive, and emotion-focused therapies.

I received a BA from the University of Michigan and hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology’s Humanistic Psychology program.

Sandra is seeing clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
