Join our Team

We love what we do and helping people is at the core.

At Positive Self Center you will find yourself supported by the practice owner and an administrative staff whose goal is to make your life easy.  We believe therapists can do their best work when they can focus on their clients.

Our admin team takes care of scheduling intakes, providing and collecting new client forms, and manages all insurance and client billing.  Yes, all of the busy work is done for our therapists.

You can work as much or as little as you want, when you want, and also where you want, virtually or in person at our offices. Our professionals choose their caseload and make their own work hours so they can achieve a work-life balance.

Check out our Open Positions and see if there’s a good fit for you!

Why Positive Self Center?

Kelli, LLP “Love being here because they allow me to do my own thing with my schedule. I work for myself in an incredibly supportive environment. Don’t have to do anything but see clients. Admin staff is top notch, better than anyplace I’ve worked. “

Maribeth, LPC “I enjoy working at the Positive Self Center. I’m able to focus on the needs of the client without having additional meetings or busy work that have been part of my job in previous larger organizations. Furthermore, I am able to have flexibility in my schedule which I love as I get to be my own boss when scheduling and working with my clients while also prioritizing self-care time. Additionally, Sally (the practice owner) does a great job in supporting us therapists if needs arise.”

Sara, LLP “This is an amazing place to work! I feel supported and encouraged by all the members of the team. I am able to focus on my clients and their needs while the administrative work, including schedules and billing, is handled by our awesome office administrators.”

Lavon, Intake Specialist/Intern “Working at Positive Self Center has been an incredible experience! I love working with the practice owner and manager, they make the job fulfilling and stress free. They provide a good work-life-balance which makes me excited to come into the office. Working on the admin team has offered me the opportunity to see the other side of running a therapy practice. Getting our clients set up with one of our amazing therapists is super rewarding..”
