In my practice I see men, women, and young adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, and life transition issues. Trained in Humanistic Psychology, I incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness approaches.
