I’ve spent 20 years in counseling and education with many individuals, families, and groups. What I’ve learned from my experience is that we live our most productive and satisfying lives when we manage stress in healthy ways. Since life comes with many challenges, my goal is to support you and identify helpful tools and resources for you to use when these challenges occur.
In therapy, we will explore how stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse or grief are impacting your life in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We will work toward healing along with personal, social, and vocational growth. You are the most important factor in your wellness and growth. It is possible to heal old wounds, road blocks, and conflicts.
In addition to therapy, I provide formal Autism and ADHD testing services including assessments, diagnosing, and treatment planning. I offer evidence-based evaluations in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment with the goal to provide clear answers and practical guidance that support growth, self-understanding, and informed decision-making. Evaluations are collaborative, respectful, and grounded in best clinical practice. My focus is on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms—while honoring identity, culture, and lived experience.
My experience includes working with families, children, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. With a compassionate and warm approach, I help patients feel safe and supported. Please contact me today to get started. I look forward to working with you.
