Rachel Peterson, MS, TLLP, CCTP

Life’s challenges can often leave us feeling drained, anxious, or uncertain about our identity and place in the world. Therapy offers a path to reconnect with your true self and find meaning in your journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and develop the tools you need to move toward the life you desire.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered approaches, I will guide you in managing burnout, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.  Together, we will address the root causes, not just the symptoms, creating lasting change. Drawing from humanistic and mindfulness practices, I craft personalized treatment plans to help you not only regain your footing but thrive in life.  I also am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) with expertise in providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

With experience supporting adolescents through adults, I emphasize the importance of communication and boundary-setting at every stage of life. I work with individuals and couples to enhance their ability to express emotions and establish healthy boundaries. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming and experienced with diverse relationship styles.

Rachel is seeing clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
