Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand?
Many of my clients come to therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or burnout and begin to notice that earlier life experiences, chronic stress, or relational wounds may still be shaping how they think, feel, and respond today.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating:
• Anxiety and chronic worry• Depression and emotional numbness• Relationship and attachment difficulties• Emotional dysregulation• Experiences of trauma, including childhood adversity, sexual abuse/assault, race-based stress, and grief
You do not need to label your experiences as “trauma” to begin therapy. Together, we explore what’s impacting you now and work toward greater emotional stability, clarity, and self-trust.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational/psychodynamic techniques. Our work will focus not only on coping, but on understanding and resolving the deeper roots of distress.
Quaneece is seeing clients in office and virtually Tuesday through Saturday.
