Pursuing therapy is brave, enlightening, and can also be a complex journey. Having someone to guide you on this path, that you trust, and with whom you feel genuinely connected is extremely important. With an emphasis on a collaborative therapeutic relationship, authenticity, and my experiences of working with diverse concerns, ages, and cultures, I am hopeful that I can be an ally with you on this path.
My experience includes working with clients struggling with trauma, identity and relationship concerns, mood disorders, substance use, eating disorders, interpersonal difficulties, and more. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Michigan School of Psychology to further serve the wide range of clients that I see. I provide individual and couples therapy to those hoping to deeply explore any concerns that may be interfering with the ability to reach one’s goals. In therapy, I utilize humanistic theory to determine the best treatment to meet one’s subjective needs and to collaborate on the best course of action for you. With this approach, I will ensure that you feel comfortable and safe in your journey to better know yourself and to grow.
I view my work as a therapist as a true privilege and I hope to be able to assist you on your journey of reaching both personal and therapeutic goals.
Lauren is seeing clients in office and virtually on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
