Lindsey Breslin, MA, LPC

Maybe you’re noticing patterns you’d like to better understand, struggling with anxiety or self-worth, questioning your identity or direction, or simply feeling ready for something to change without knowing exactly what that looks like yet. Counseling can offer a space to slow down, get curious about yourself and your relationships, and begin exploring where you’d like to go next.

I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, integrative, and trauma-informed, drawing from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, attachment-based approaches, and DBT-informed interventions.

Together, we can explore your experiences and patterns with curiosity, recognize the strengths you already possess, and discover what feels meaningful and helpful to you. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take your next steps forward.

Lindsey primarily works with adults and offers in-person and virtual appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
