Life can be challenging sometimes, and my goal is to assist you through the struggles you may be experiencing. Whether it be in your relationships, home life, work, school or out and about socially. At times, we all can feel lost or alone and it may seem like peace and success are just out of reach.
I work with children, teenagers and adults as they navigate life changes, mental illness and other social or behavioral challenges. I also have specialized training in working with athletes who are navigating unique issues like performance anxiety, building resilience and handling pressure. My experience includes emotional impairment, autism, depression, anxiety, prolonged grief disorder, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I believe in a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy and utilize empathetic listening, trauma-focused CBT, and motivational interviewing to assist my clients.
I strive to make therapy a comfortable, inviting environment where honesty and empathy go hand in hand. If you are looking for a positive and transparent environment to work through whatever part of life you are walking through, I would be honored to be alongside you for your journey.
