I provide individual and couple’s therapy for clients struggling with a variety of difficulties and concerns. I have a special interest in Trauma (including Sexual Abuse/Assault, Childhood Abuse/Maltreatment, Physical Abuse/Assault, Race-Based Stress, and Grief), Depression, Anxiety, Interpersonal Distress, Identity Development, Stress/Time Management, Academic Difficulties, and Emotional Dysregulation.
In our therapy sessions, I will tailor my techniques to your unique needs, personality, and therapeutic concerns. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment, Psychodynamic and Interpersonal techniques. With these techniques, I will provide psychoeducation, assist you in creating and utilizing coping skills, and facilitate the accomplishment of personal and therapeutic goals.
I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) with a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology.
