Monica Pitek-Fugedi, MA, LPC, NCC, CCATP
As a counselor my goal is to serve the whole person, to help my clients challenge their beliefs and find hope and purpose.
Everyone has the potential to live their most empowered life. Sometimes, situations and events make it difficult to move forward. I work with my clients to identify thought-processes, triggers, and historical situations that have played a part in the discomfort they are feeling.
I have over 10 years experience and see both individuals and couples using an Integrative therapy approach. My experience includes working with a variety of clients dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, grief and trauma, body image, self-esteem, and conflict resolution.
Coming to counseling can be a vulnerable experience. My practice includes a judgement-free atmosphere designed to help you feel comfortable and safe, while supporting you to share your story.
Monica is seeing clients on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
