I have helped clients for over 10 years lead authentic and fulfilling lives. Trained in Humanistic Psychology, I also incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches. I love to help others manage challenges, deal with crisis, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals.
In my practice I see men, women, and young adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, and life transition issues. I’m passionate about helping people achieve personal empowerment.
We all deserve to feel a greater sense of self worth and live a life with skills for navigating life’s challenges. There’s no need to wait any longer, it’s time to embark on the journey of personal growth.
