At first things get worse

you see dirty dusty grungy corners that you haven’t seen for a long time and it is
scary.

Discomfort rushes through you and gushes everywhere.
Pain overtakes you at times and it is all so
confusing and
unsettling.

These feelings come through and you keep trying to
push them down,
they pop back up, you push them down, they emerge again and again.

You didn’t know you felt this much.  

Don’t know what to talk about, can’t believe anyone wants to listen to you. You tell yourself
you don’t really need to be here – seems so stupid – seems so frivolous –
why are you here?

You can’t remember the reasons.
